We offer free standard delivery on every UK order — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Times

• UK Standard: 7–12 working days
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at any time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping coming soon.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days please contact us at hello@recovrco.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Relief Gun Pro for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.

How to Return

2. We will send you a return label
3. Send the item back in its original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return
